Unable to sleep, Nene Tek turned to YouTube searching for instrumentals and discovered a beat created by producer Nawtyboi. The connection was immediate. After reaching out to the producer, work quickly began on what would become one of his latest releases.
At the time, he was balancing his music career with teaching responsibilities at DD Ansah School Complex. Interestingly, his students became aware of the project and showed enthusiasm for the song as it developed, adding another layer of encouragement during the creative process.
