This elderflower pear martini cocktail is a refreshing mix of elderflower, gin, and pear to create a delicate and perfectly balanced drink full of floral and fruity flavors.
Make sure you have some pear puree to use for this cocktail. Generally, pear isn’t a fruit you will think of adding to your cocktail, but hey, don’t hate it until you try it.
When you are done with this, you will want to add some pear to every cocktail you make.
How to make pear puree for cocktail
You can simply get pear puree at the grocery store but if you would like to make your own homemade pear puree, then the easiest and simplest way is to get this diced pear in fruit juice and blend it.
Other ways to make pear puree, is to get some fresh pears and either roast the pear in an oven or simply boil the pear on the stove.
Both ways make delicious pear puree with just a slight difference in the flavor.
So to cook the pear, wash and slice it into medium pieces. Put them in a cooking pot and add 4 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once it is done, pour them into a blender and blend smoothly.
To roast the pear, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and slice your pear and lay them on the baking sheet. Roast it for about 15 minutes. When it is done, put it in a blender, add a little water, and blend smoothly.

Ingredients
- 1 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.33 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz pear puree
- 0.66 oz rosemary leaves
Directions
Pour some ice into your cocktail shaker. Add 1 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur. If you don’t get St. Germain, you can use any other elderflower liqueur of your choice.
Add 1.5 oz gin, 0.33 oz lime juice, 0.75 oz of your pear puree and 0.66 oz rosemary leaves. Shake the mixture and strain into a chilled glass. Then garnish with some rosemary leaves.
