  • 1 L water
  • black tea bags
  • 2 large lemons
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • mint leaves


  • Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water into a heat-proof pitcher. Add your tea bags and let them steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Wash and slice your lemons and your lime.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in your sugar.
  • Now add in your lemon juice and stir again.
  • Now add in your lime and lemon slices and let it sit in the fridge for like an hour to chill. You can even leave it in the fridge overnight.
  • To serve pour some ice cubes into a glass and add lemon and lime slices. Pour the tea over the ice and lemon and lime slices to serve.
  • Garnish with some mint leaves
